Yeah ! Havana (our 2 yr old imperial shih-tzu) finally had her puppies last night !
In order of arrival...
Kate (girl) 5.5oz
Rockie (boy) 3.7oz
Swoozie (girl) 4.1oz
Lucky (boy) 4.8oz
Penny (girl)5.5oz
Only temporary names to help tell them apart til they go their new families. I always hate that part. I wish I could keep them all. But alas, it's all a part of the breeding experience. This is Havana's second litter and once again she was a trooper -jumped right into her role as new mommy. Everyone seems healthy, happy and hungry !
Me, on the other hand is exhausted. I must take a nap !

Can you imagine giving birth to quints! Man, I don't know how they do it!! They are so cute!
