This weekend was great ! Jaime (dad) turned 44 ( you're still my hunk, honey gray hairs and all )!
For the festivities Lisset, Ryan & Ethan came down from St. George for the weekend and Jon had the brilliant idea of making Sushi. Whala ! Sushi Party! We had sooo much fun and it wasn't as hard as we thought. Except for cutting the roll part-we need more practice with the knife. But overall - super delicious! Lisset made yummy tempura -just like the restuartants ! I added teriyaki chicken to the menu and to wash it all down Boba drinks... I know, not really Japanese, more like philipino, but yeah Asian none the less.
Earlier in the day we ventured out for a hike in the Santa Rosa Platueu (spelling?) Very windy day, but oh so beautiful !
Dad, we hope you had a wonderful birthday weekend and wish you the best blessings always ! We love you soooo much ! You're the best !

Just when I swear I'm not going to stay up looking and blogs and what do you know...the Conde's are blogging! I'm so happy to see you're here! I've been enjoying Kisset's blog and now I'm glad I'll get to check in on the rest of the family more often now. We miss you guys!
